Lucas Christgen est le propri\u00e9taire et le chef de cuisine et sa femme s'occupe du service et des clients. Les Weinstuben se trouvent juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'\u00e9glise de Zornheim, sur la colline. En \u00e9t\u00e9, il est certainement agr\u00e9able de s'asseoir sur la grande terrasse devant la maison jusque tard dans la soir\u00e9e. L'ancien colombage avec ses poutres en bois sombres s'\u00e9tire vers le haut sur plusieurs \u00e9tages et est agr\u00e9ablement d\u00e9cor\u00e9 de petites lumi\u00e8res et d'accessoires. Lucas Christgen a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 trois plats typiques de la Hesse rh\u00e9nane pour les saisons confortables et plus froides de l'automne et de l'hiver. Les trois plats fonctionnent \u00e0 merveille comme un menu \u00e0 trois plats. Mais vous pouvez aussi les pr\u00e9parer et les servir s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. filet de sandre po\u00eal\u00e9 sur carpaccio de boulettes de bretzel ti\u00e8des<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les connaisseurs parmi vous le sauront, le sandre se p\u00eache merveilleusement bien dans le Rhin et c'est ainsi que le sandre r\u00e9gional du Rhin arrive \u00e9galement sur la table de Lucas Christgen. Le chef a r\u00e9interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 le bretzel classique et en a fait non seulement une quenelle, mais aussi un carpaccio de quenelles. Cela fait surtout de l'effet visuellement dans l'assiette. Le filet de sandre est un plat d'automne plut\u00f4t l\u00e9ger ; c'est pourquoi Lucas Christgen me sert un Selection Silvaner du domaine M\u00fcnzenberger de Zornheim pour l'accompagner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 faim et vous voulez commencer \u00e0 cuisiner ? Les galettes de porc ne sont probablement pas pour tout le monde, mais en les combinant avec la salade de lentilles ti\u00e8de compos\u00e9e de petites lentilles brunes et roses, vous les d\u00e9couvrirez peut-\u00eatre aussi pour vous. Les boulettes de chartreuse rappellent au\ndes souvenirs d'enfance, car il me sert maintenant son plat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.\nde l'enfance. La sauce au vin blanc est venue plus tard comme compl\u00e9ment id\u00e9al.\nEn fonction de la saison, vous pouvez y ajouter des fruits ou, comme Lucas Christgen sur son assiette, des pommes de terre.\ndans mon assiette, les marrons glac\u00e9s typiques de l'automne.
